Finally, finally, Google Books has my book uploaded. It only took four months and some customer service emails. However, it's still not available through Google Play or any independent bookstore websites. Once it's available on those sites, I make a big announcement and put up  links.

After three months of waiting for Moving Pictures to be on Google Books, I finally got in contact with someone at Google. I've uploaded a second file of MP and it is being "processed" right now. If all goes well, then by early next week MP will be available from the website of your favorite indie bookstore. (Still only available as an ebook though.)
